What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Electron, China Union Pay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Maestro. For installment payments, we accept Afterpay.
What are the shipping options?
Orders are shipped priority mail with the United States Postal Service, USPS. Local pick-up is available in the Atlanta area. Pick-up is available in front of the Painted Tree store, 1600 Mall of Georgia Blvd, Buford, GA 30519.
What is the return policy?
You may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase if the product has not been used. Items must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by Aah’Shea. Please note the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Will the texture of my shea butter body cream change in hot weather?
Shea butter consists of fatty acids that can cause the texture of the body cream to change in high temperatures. This may happen during the summer months. To maintain the creamy texture, the body cream should be kept in room temperature environments with the jar securely closed. Due to the delays of the postal services, it is unfortunately taking longer than expected for some customers to receive their orders. With the hotter weather, this delay in shipping can cause the shea butter body cream to change in texture. If the body cream softened slightly, place the jar in the fridge for about one hour. If the body cream softened greatly, please let us know so we can resolve the issue and provide you the quality you deserve.
